I first want to say that WK is my favorite place to get all my natural products that I incorporate in my healthy lifestyle regime.. I came back to reorder this fantastic herb.. I absolutely love the soft and continuous energy and mood enhancer.. Sorta like a warm hug of well-being… If that makes sense.. Just a rice size to start my day.. The taste, well, that’s all personal preference.. I myself, just roll it up into a tiny ball and down the hatch, chased with a beverage of your choice.. But I do recommend getting a small amount first.. Then if it agrees with you.. Then order up.. It’s one of my favs..

This pure Altai Shilajit is really really good stuff for focus, energy and cell regenration
it’s easy to take doesn’t taste bad and there are no negative side effects (well at least that I know of I have dosed this back to back for 2 days str8 without anything negative everything positive actually 🙂) this stuff gets a good 9.5/10 for me it’s excellent and when I have it I’m really happy.
